Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

All items in my shop are made by hand and most are made-to-order. Please allow 4-5 days up to a week to process your order. Expect an email with tracking information to let you know your order is on the way once I have fulfilled your order.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within one week using USPS or UPS. Flat rate shipping fee of $8.50 applies to domestic orders.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We do not offer international shipping

PLEASE NOTE: ALL SALES ARE FINAL - EACH ITEM HAS BEEN MADE TO ORDER. PLEASE REVIEW ALL ITEM SPECS BEFORE PURCHASING. BHG IS NOT RESPONSIBLE AFTER PACKAGES HAVE BEEN MARKED DELIVERED BY POSTAL CARRIERS.

 

RETURN POLICY:

I hope that you love all your purchases from KAi A Faith based shop! Because items are made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted at this time. Please review each item and their description before purchasing, including sizing and size guides. Items that “do not fit” upon receiving are not eligible for return. DAMAGED ITEMS:

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please contact me at info@kaichristianapparel.com and forward photos of any perceived damage.

Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photo effects do not qualify as damaged.

LOST PACKAGES:

KAi is NOT responsible for packages after the postal carrier has marked delivered. Customer assumes full responsibility after packages leave my care, this is marketplace standard. KAi is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave KAi’s office.
